These Terms of Service ("Terms of Service") govern your access to and use of the KingNorwe TCG website available at https://kingnorwe-tcg.myshopify.com/ (the "Website").

The Website is operated by KingNorwe TCG SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company (Société par Actions Simplifiée – SAS), with a share capital of EUR 1,000, whose registered office is located at 51 rue Deleuvre, 69004 Lyon, France, registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 101 494 409 ("KingNorwe TCG", "we", "us" or "our").

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Purchases made through the Website are additionally governed by our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

You agree not to use the Website:

By using the Website or placing an Order, you represent that you have the legal capacity required to enter into the relevant transaction under applicable law.

If you use the Website on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to act on its behalf.

3. Customer Accounts

Certain features of the Website may allow or require you to create a Customer account.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information associated with your account is accurate and up to date.

You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for taking reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, unauthorised access or a material violation of these Terms of Service.

4. Products and Purchases

The Website allows Customers to purchase trading cards, sealed trading card products, graded cards, accessories, collectibles, merchandise, preorder Products and other Products offered by KingNorwe TCG.

All purchases are subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale, which govern matters including:

• Orders;

• prices;

• payments;

• delivery;

• customs and import charges;

• withdrawal rights;

• returns;

• refunds;

• statutory warranties;

• preorder Products;

• dispute resolution.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms of Service and the Terms and Conditions of Sale concerning a purchase, the Terms and Conditions of Sale shall prevail with respect to that purchase.

5. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that Product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information displayed on the Website are accurate.

However, minor errors or differences may occasionally occur.

Product photographs may also display differently depending on the Customer's device, display settings or lighting conditions.

Specific rules concerning individual trading cards, sealed Products, graded cards and preorders are contained in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Products are offered subject to availability.

The appearance of a Product on the Website does not constitute a guarantee that the Product will remain available.

We may modify our Product selection, discontinue Products or introduce new Products at any time.

Any rights relating to an Order already placed remain governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale and applicable law.

7. Prices and Promotions

Prices, discounts and promotional offers displayed on the Website may change from time to time.

Changes do not affect Orders already concluded except where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Promotional codes may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, expiration dates and other conditions communicated when the promotion is offered.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information where required to use the Website or place an Order.

This includes, where applicable:

The sale or presentation of genuine Products incorporating third-party intellectual property does not transfer ownership of those intellectual property rights to KingNorwe TCG or the Customer.

10. Reviews, Comments and User Content

Where the Website allows Customers to submit reviews, comments or other content, you remain responsible for the content you submit.

You must not submit content that is:

• unlawful;

• fraudulent;

• defamatory;

• threatening;

• discriminatory;

• obscene;

• misleading;

• infringing upon third-party rights;

• unrelated spam or unauthorised advertising;

• malicious or technically harmful.

Where permitted by applicable law, we may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms of Service or applicable law.

By voluntarily submitting content for publication on the Website, you grant KingNorwe TCG the rights reasonably necessary to host, display and technically reproduce that content for the operation and promotion of the Website, subject to applicable law.

• systematically extract Product information;

• reproduce our Product catalogue;

• interfere with Product availability;

• circumvent purchase restrictions;

• manipulate the checkout process;

• overload the Website;

• obtain an unfair technical advantage over other Customers.

Reasonable use of ordinary search engines and technologies necessary for normal browsing is not prohibited by this section.

12. Fraud and Abuse

We reserve the right to take reasonable measures to prevent and investigate suspected:

• payment fraud;

• chargeback abuse;

• account abuse;

• promotional abuse;

• automated purchasing abuse;

• identity fraud;

• other unlawful or abusive activity.

Such measures may include requesting additional verification, restricting account access or refusing an Order where legally permitted.

Nothing in this section allows KingNorwe TCG to deprive Consumers of mandatory rights available under applicable law.

The Website may rely upon or provide access to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, applications and other technical providers.

Certain services, such as Shopify's Shop or Shop Pay services, may also be subject to separate terms provided directly by the relevant third party.

However, continuous or uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Nothing in this section affects contractual obligations arising from Orders already concluded.

In particular, nothing in these Terms affects mandatory Consumer rights relating to Products purchased through the Website.

For Customers acting for professional purposes, KingNorwe TCG shall not, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, be liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting solely from the use or temporary unavailability of the Website.

19. Changes to the Website

We may modify the Website, its design, functionality, content or available features from time to time.

Such changes shall not affect rights already acquired by Customers under existing Contracts except where permitted by applicable law.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect:

• changes to the Website;

• changes to our services;

• legal or regulatory developments;

• security requirements;

• operational changes.

The version applicable to your use of the Website is the version published at the relevant time.

Material changes will not retroactively alter the terms governing Orders already concluded.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary under applicable law.

The remaining provisions shall continue to apply.

22. No Waiver

A failure by KingNorwe TCG to exercise or enforce a right under these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

23. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by French law.

Where the user is a Consumer habitually residing outside France, nothing in these Terms deprives that Consumer of mandatory protections afforded by the law of their country of habitual residence where those protections cannot legally be excluded.

24. Consumer Dispute Mediation

Consumers who have first submitted a complaint directly to KingNorwe TCG and have not received a satisfactory response may, subject to the applicable conditions, refer their dispute free of charge to our appointed consumer mediator:
